So he doesn’t see the usual my_network_2.4 and my_network_5 names and says that is the problem. ![]() ![]() I set them up for band steering so there is only one WiFi name but it does have 2 and 5ghz radios. I just turned off the radios on it, wired the new one to it, then turned on the new one’s radios. They’re still using the router that the internet company gave them.
